PPE has designed and constructed customized refineries and petrochemical plants around the world -- from the United States to countries such as Libya, Russia, and China. PPE has engineered breakthrough projects-including plants that transform waste and pollutants into cleaner fuels-to help solve pressing environmental challenges.
Our executive team:
Clark V. Kennedy, Managing Member, Director
Mr. Kennedy is the President of Plant Process Equipment, Inc. (PPE). Headquartered in Houston, Texas, PPE has successfully designed, constructed and operated several proprietary synthetic fuel plants. Mr. Kennedy has a lifetime of experience in mechanical engineering; from being responsible for field engineering and servicing of pipelines (offshore and onshore) and gas gathering compressor units to engineering and construction of world-class chemical & refinery operations. Mr. Kennedy also developed markets for used process compressors, engines, vessels and systems. 33 years ago Mr. Kennedy launched PPE, which specializes in design and fabrication of refining units, including crude distillation, catalytic reforming and hydrocrackers.
Linda-Rose Myers, Managing Member, Director
Ms. Myers, founder of Victory Circle Fuels, LLC, received her B.S. from Syracuse University, majoring in Communications, Business Administration and Science, and her graduate degree from the University of Southern California. UCLA’s certificate program in Global Sustainability – Environmental Law and Policy (current).
Ms. Myers was assistant financial editor for the Syracuse Post-Standard, and assistant financial editor for PR Newswire, an international financial reporting service based in New York City. She has over 15 years of management experience in the technology field and has had technology management positions at the Los Angeles offices of three leading international law firms. Her consulting practice, TWQ Technologies, has given advice to startups, primarily environmentally responsible technologies. Her role as managing member of VCF involves corporate management; negotiations with investors, banks, municipalities, the EPA, and other government agencies.
Neil E. Ginther, Managing Member, Director
Mr. Ginther, a founder of Victory Circle Fuels, LLC, has served as an independent business consultant to a variety of companies in the areas of business planning and development, product development and natural resources since August, 1980. Mr. Ginther was a Founder and principal of CoalTek, Inc. of Tucker, Georgia. CoalTek has developed and is commercializing a clean coal technology. Mr. Ginther is a Founder and principal of New Fuels, LLC, a research and development company in the field of heavy oil upgrading. Since April 1998 Mr. Ginther has served as Manager of San Juan Minerals LLC. San Juan is a minerals exploration and development firm operating primarily in Utah. Mr. Ginther served as Executive Vice President, R. F. Lafferty Company, Tulsa, Oklahoma from December 1990 to January 1995. R. F. Lafferty Company is an International Consultancy and Services firm offering a combination of management, financial and technical expertise with extensive industry experience to meet client needs. Mr. Ginther attended the College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio and majored in Business and Geology.
